Intentions

Well, all of my intentions went nowhere fast. I ended up with a massive flare up and hideous fatigue lasting near on 2 months.
I'm gradually getting back on track though.
I'm back doing regular yoga at home and bought a pedometer to encourage more walking. As a minimum I'd like to average 7000 steps per day and so far so good and hopefully over time increase it or maybe, MAYBE start running.
Last time I went for a run was 1987 and that was fuelled by sheer anger.
Baby steps though.
Still need to tone up and shift some weight.
Was getting ready for a night out yesterday and so many clothes didn't fit.
Quite upsetting but a situation I am actually in control of.
